A booking is only confirmed once you've received a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation from our team.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least twenty-four hours' notice so there's no penalty on your end.

Cancelling at the last minute or not showing up may affect your priority booking status or attract a small charge.

Walk in appointments depend entirely on doctor availability that day, so we're not able to guarantee a slot without a prior booking.

On rare occasions we may need to reschedule due to clinical reasons outside our control, and we'll always try to inform you as early as possible.

Every patient responds differently to treatment, so results can vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed.

We don't promise a specific outcome. What we offer is a professional recommendation based on your consultation and clinical assessment.

No treatment is carried out without a prior consultation and your informed consent.

Information shared on our website is meant to give general awareness and shouldn't be treated as medical advice on its own.

If you have an existing medical condition, please let us know during consultation, as it may affect what treatment is suitable for you.

In cases where a treatment has to be discontinued for genuine medical reasons, our Medical Review Committee reviews the case. Where there's documented proof, a credit note may be issued for the unused portion, redeemable toward another treatment, referral, or product, not as a cash refund.

As per applicable medical guidelines, the clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment in cases of abusive, threatening, violent, or inappropriate behaviour. 

All prices include applicable GST (5%–18%), wherever applicable, so there are no additional charges added at the time of billing.

Payment is required before treatment begins, and we accept cash, UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, demand draft, or cheque made out to DR Youth Clinic.

For cheque payments, treatment will begin only once the payment has been confirmed as cleared.

EMI options are available for selected treatments and are subject to eligibility and approval. 

Package payments need to be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

Treatment is provided only to the extent of the amount paid, and once an order is placed, it's considered final and non-refundable.

Any credit note or gift voucher issued is valid for a particular time from the date it's given and must be used within that period.

Defective products can be exchanged within ten days of purchase at the same clinic location, with a valid receipt. Non-defective exchanges require the product to be unopened and unused within the same window. Products bought under a discount or promotional offer aren't eligible for exchange.

We may photograph or record parts of your treatment for clinical records, training, or marketing purposes, but only with your explicit written consent at the time of your visit.

You may withdraw this consent at any point by writing to us, and any previously published content will be taken down within seven business days.

Any content we publish is either anonymised or shared with your full knowledge and approval.

If you share your own experience with us on social media, we may repost it with credit, unless you'd prefer we didn't.

By sharing your contact details with us, whether at the clinic, on our website, or through an enquiry form, you're authorising us to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

This may include appointment scheduling, updates on your ongoing treatment, and information about offers running at our clinics.

This applies even if your number is registered under DND, DNC, or NCPR, since these communications relate to services you've specifically enquired about.

You're welcome to opt out of promotional communication at any time by informing us directly.

These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, with Chennai, Tamil Nadu, serving as the jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

Any disputes will first be addressed amicably. If they remain unresolved, they'll fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

By availing our services or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms as they currently stand.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it's a good idea to check back periodically.
